Check-in Photos

Bright lighting or Natural lighting - sometimes a bathroom works well.

You must have clean skin - no makeup please.

Pull hair back off of face/use a headband.

Ensure there are no shadows on the face.

Make sure your face fills the frame. See examples below.

Make sure to include your neck area if applicable.

Take 3 pictures of your face - Front, Left Side & Right Side.

If the affected area(s) are your chest or back - only a front (single) photo is necessary. 

If additional photos are needed, we will contact you.

No "live" photos or videos.  Single snapshots only.
