Acne Elixir 5% - 1.7oz (50ml) (MO)
Medium strength benzoyl peroxide in a gel formulation. Recommended for moderate to severe inflamed breakouts. Great for face, neck, chest and back breakouts.
Tips:
Will bleach all colored fabrics.
Use in pm only.
Apply Acne Safe Moisturizer over top (once dry) to help prevent dehydration of skin.
Refer to "Directions For Use" section for proper application instructions.

Benzoyl Peroxide 5% -
Kills bacteria trapped in the lesion.
Prevents new lesions from forming or making their way to the surface.
Glycerin - Humectant
Apply several pumps to affected area. Gently smooth into skin and allow to completely dry before completing next step.
**DO NOT APPLY TO EYE AREA.
Use enough to create a thin layer over area that dries within 1-2 minutes. If too much is used, it can over-dry the skin.
**If you suspect you have a sensitivity to Benzoyl Peroxide take these steps first:
Apply a small (quarter sized) amount to the inside of your upper arm 3 days in a row. If your skin tolerates it fine, proceed to apply to areas that have Acne.
***You MUST slowly acclimate your skin to this product or you WILL experience dryness, irritation, etc.
Follow Below:
Apply PM only.
Apply after your Mandelic or Essential A Serum (once dry).
Week 1 & 2 - Use EVERY OTHER PM. ALWAYS follow with Moisturizer once dry.
Week 3 & 4 - Use EVERY PM. ALWAYS follow with moisturizer once dry.
Week 5 and on - Continue to use EVERY PM.
-Always cleanse hands after Acne Elixir application.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible products must be in original, salable condition with all safety seals intact.

Return Window and Approval
Return requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason. All return approvals are made at the sole discretion of Opal Tree Clinical®.
Fees and Refund Eligibility
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking/return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only Opal Tree Clinical® products purchased from Opaltree.net are eligible for return.

Return Authorization Requirements
Approved returns must include the return authorization form with the product(s). Returns sent without an approved authorization form, or that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
Returns must be shipped back at your expense no later than 7 days after approval or a refund will not be issued. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refund Processing
After we receive and evaluate the return, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is not eligible for refund, you will be contacted via email.
Return Limitations
Opal Tree Clinical® reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® is a small business that packages and ships your products ourselves.
We ship within United States only. No international shipping available at this time.
Once your order has been processed (1-2 business days) your package will be shipped (Mon - Fri). All shipments will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped. We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays or during company closures. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $229. All Bundles and orders over $229 are shipped free (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories). Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to your once your package has shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:
· Severe weather or holiday-related carrier delays
· Failed delivery attempts or misplaced packages
· Theft after delivery or packages left by the carrier
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
· Any other carrier or delivery issue that delays arrival
We do not issue replacement orders or refund shipping charges simply because a package takes longer to arrive than originally expected.
