A smooth and creamy facial cleanser that whisks away debris and excess oil. Leaves skin soft and hydrated without clogging pores.
Tips:
Great for all skin types including Rosacea, Acne Rosacea and Acne prone.
Pre-cleanse with Makeup No More Oil Cleanser to start the softening of eye and face makeup.
Wonderful as part of a barrier repair regimen for skin that has been overexposed to UV, wind, rain or harsh skin care products.
Some clients like to alternate cleansers -
Balance Cleanser in their evening routine for a more "deep cleanse".
Creme Cleanser in their morning routine for a more "gentle cleanse".
Prickly Pear Oil - Hydrating, nourishing and anti-aging.
Aloe - Calming and soothing.
Cranberry, Green Tea and Apple Extracts - antioxidants that protect skin from free radical damage.
Cucumber Lemon Extract - Gives this cleanser its light and fresh scent.
Using damp hands, apply a dime to nickel sized amount to dry face. Work into skin for 1-2 minutes adding water as needed to increase slip. Rinse well.
**Not recommended for eye area.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible products must be in original, salable condition with all safety seals intact.

Return Window and Approval
Return requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason. All return approvals are made at the sole discretion of Opal Tree Clinical®.
Fees and Refund Eligibility
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking/return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only Opal Tree Clinical® products purchased from Opaltree.net are eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact Customer Service with a detailed description of your return at opaltreeskincare@yahoo.com for instructions.
Return Authorization Requirements
Approved returns must include the return authorization form with the product(s). Returns sent without an approved authorization form, or that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
Returns must be shipped back at your expense no later than 7 days after approval or a refund will not be issued. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refund Processing
After we receive and evaluate the return, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is not eligible for refund, you will be contacted via email.
Return Limitations
Opal Tree Clinical® reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® is a small business that packages and ships your products ourselves.
We ship within United States only. No international shipping available at this time.
Once your order has been processed (1-2 business days) your package will be shipped (Mon - Fri). All shipments will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped. We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays or during company closures. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $229. All Bundles and orders over $229 are shipped free (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories). Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to your once your package has shipped.

Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® has zero control over how long it takes a package to reach its final destination once it leaves our facility. Please be patient as sometimes carrier delivery delays do occur. Stated shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:
· Severe weather or holiday-related carrier delays
· Failed delivery attempts or misplaced packages
· Theft after delivery or packages left by the carrier
· Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
· Any other carrier or delivery issue that delays arrival
We do not issue replacement orders or refund shipping charges simply because a package takes longer to arrive than originally expected.
