• Retinyl Propionate -

  • Anti-Aging, reduces fine lines and improves skin tone.

  • Very stable and less irritating retinoid derivative.

• Mandelic Acid - Targets pigmentation and increases cell turnover.

• Glycerin - Humectant

• Kojic Acid - Pigment inhibitor.

• Lactic Acid - Increases skin's natural moisture factor.

• PM routine ONLY.

• Quantity to use:

  • Face only - 1 1/2 pumps

  • Face and Neck - 2 pumps

  • Face, Neck and Chest - 2 1/2 pumps

• Start with Essential A - Level 1

  • Weeks 1 and 2 - Apply every 3rd pm.

  • Weeks 3 and 4 - Increase application to every other pm as tolerated.

  • Weeks 5 and on - Increase application to every pm as tolerated.

  • If tolerating well, step up to Essential A - Level 2. **Alternate Essential A - Level 1 with Essential A - Level 2 and slowly increase until Level 1 is no longer used or empty.

• If any irritation, redness, burning or stinging occurs, discontinue use until skin feels hydrated and back to normal.

• Restart Essential A with less frequent applications.

• If your skin tends to be reactive/sensitive - mix a 1:1 ratio of Essential A with Copper Peptide Moisture or Chaga Mushroom Moisture to buffer. Slowly decrease the amount of moisturizer you use to buffer eventually applying Essential A only then moisturizer over the top.

• Always apply a moisturizer such as Copper Peptide Moisture or Chaga Mushroom Moisture after Essential A application to decrease the risk of dehydrating the skin.

  
  

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible products must be in original, salable condition with all safety seals intact.

Return Window and Approval

Return requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason. All return approvals are made at the sole discretion of Opal Tree Clinical®.

Fees and Refund Eligibility

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking/return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only Opal Tree Clinical® products purchased from Opaltree.net are eligible for return.

Return Authorization Requirements

Approved returns must include the return authorization form with the product(s). Returns sent without an approved authorization form, or that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

Returns must be shipped back at your expense no later than 7 days after approval or a refund will not be issued. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Processing

After we receive and evaluate the return, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is not eligible for refund, you will be contacted via email.

Return Limitations

Opal Tree Clinical® reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.

Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® is a small business that packages and ships your products ourselves.

We ship within United States only. No international shipping available at this time.

Once your order has been processed (1-2 business days) your package will be shipped (Mon - Fri). All shipments will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped. We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays or during company closures. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Cost: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $229. All Bundles and orders over $229 are shipped free (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories). Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to your once your package has shipped.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  ·        Severe weather or holiday-related carrier delays

  ·        Failed delivery attempts or misplaced packages

  ·        Theft after delivery or packages left by the carrier

  ·        Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  ·        Any other carrier or delivery issue that delays arrival

• We do not issue replacement orders or refund shipping charges simply because a package takes longer to arrive than originally expected.
