Makeup No More - 4oz (120ml)

Using dry hands and a dry face, apply a generous amount to face, neck and chest. Using circular motions, work into skin. Add a small amount of warm water to increase its ability to attach to makeup, dirt and debris. Rinse well with warm water in shower or over sink. May follow with a second cleanse using Balance Cleanser or Creme Cleanser.

• Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil – A lightweight, non-comedogenic oil that removes makeup and impurities while providing antioxidant support. 

• Helianthus Annuus (Organic Sunflower) Seed Oil – Packed with vitamin E and fatty acids, this nourishing oil supports the skin barrier and helps maintain hydration.

• Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil – Rich in squalene and essential lipids, this conditioning oil helps soften skin and support a healthy-looking glow.

• Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Oil – Rich in zinc and skin-supporting nutrients, it helps promote clarity and resilience.

• Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil – Rich in moisture and nutrients, it helps soften, smooth, and revive the skin.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible products must be in original, salable condition with all safety seals intact.

Return Window and Approval

Return requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason. All return approvals are made at the sole discretion of Opal Tree Clinical®.

Fees and Refund Eligibility

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking/return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only Opal Tree Clinical® products purchased from Opaltree.net are eligible for return.

Return Authorization Requirements

Approved returns must include the return authorization form with the product(s). Returns sent without an approved authorization form, or that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

Returns must be shipped back at your expense no later than 7 days after approval or a refund will not be issued. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Processing

After we receive and evaluate the return, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is not eligible for refund, you will be contacted via email.

Return Limitations

Opal Tree Clinical® reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.

Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® is a small business that packages and ships your products ourselves.

We ship within United States only. No international shipping available at this time.

Once your order has been processed (1-2 business days) your package will be shipped (Mon - Fri). All shipments will take approximately 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped. We do not ship orders on weekends, holidays or during company closures. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Cost: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $229. All Bundles and orders over $229 are shipped free (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories). Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to your once your package has shipped.

• Opal Tree Skin Care & Acne Clinic® has zero control over how long it takes a package to reach its final destination once it leaves our facility. Please be patient as sometimes carrier delivery delays do occur. Stated shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  ·        Severe weather or holiday-related carrier delays

  ·        Failed delivery attempts or misplaced packages

  ·        Theft after delivery or packages left by the carrier

  ·        Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  ·        Any other carrier or delivery issue that delays arrival

• We do not issue replacement orders or refund shipping charges simply because a package takes longer to arrive than originally expected.
