    We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. Eligible products must be in original, salable condition with all safety seals intact.

    Return Window and Approval

    Return requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted for any reason. All return approvals are made at the sole discretion of Opal Tree Clinical®.

    Fees and Refund Eligibility

    All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking/return fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only Opal Tree Clinical® products purchased from Opaltree.net are eligible for return.

    How to Start a Return

    To request a return, contact Customer Service with a detailed description of your return at opaltreeskincare@yahoo.com for instructions.

    Return Authorization Requirements

    Approved returns must include the return authorization form with the product(s). Returns sent without an approved authorization form, or that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted.

    Shipping Your Return

    Returns must be shipped back at your expense no later than 7 days after approval or a refund will not be issued. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    Refund Processing

    After we receive and evaluate the return, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If your return is not eligible for refund, you will be contacted via email.

    Return Limitations

    Opal Tree Clinical® reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.

    Providing straightforward information about your shipping policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy from you with confidence.


    PRIIA® Cosmetics is a micro-batch manufacturer. All of our cosmetics (with the exception of sunscreen) are artisan-crafted by hand. We do not warehouse or stockpile our products. Therefore, we require a sufficient amount of time to process and create your order.

    Orders require approximately 3 business days to be processed/fulfilled after being received into our system. We do not process/ship orders on weekends, holidays or company closures.

    *During busy times of the year (i.e. holiday season, sales & promotions), order processing will exceed our normal timeframe.

    When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Please use this information for an approximate delivery date. US ground shipments, on average, take approximately 3-7 business days to deliver once an order has been shipped from our facility.

    *PRIIA® has no control over how long it takes a package to reach its final destination once it leaves our facility. Please be patient as sometimes carrier delivery delays do occur. Stated shipping (transit) times are approximate, not guaranteed.

    *For domestic and international packages, PRIIA® Cosmetics is not responsible for unseen delays NOT caused by us such as: weather, failed delivery attempts, misplaced articles, theft, incorrect addresses, packages left by carriers without signature confirmation, holidays, internal carrier delays or any other possible situation that can cause delays beyond our control. We do not send out replacement orders or refund shipping charges simply because a package is taking longer to deliver than originally expected/anticipated.
